                Connerton Griddles  feature integrated fire box-flue with enclosed back to reflect heat up    into the griddle and oversized burners for improved heat distribution.Standard models are all stainless; budget models have a stainless front and aluminized steel body.

Char-Broilers

                               Connerton offers char-broilers in several styles and configurations to meet the your needs perfectly. Standard with removable fire boxes for easy cleaning & maintenance and enclosed backs.  Full body design provides extra stability and safety.

Hot Plates

                          Hot plates offer 28,000 BTU burners and an enclosed back which directs heat up. Full body design replaceslegsand provides extra stability and safety. Connerton offers both 15’ and 27” deep models. Standard models are all stainless. Budget models have a stainless front with aluminized steel body.

Stock Pot Range

                                       Choose from 18” or 24” height. 90,000 BTU 3-Ring, cast iron burner.  Heavy Duty Brass Valves.  Stainless Steel legs. Removable 18 guage 304 Stainless Steel Panel.   Standard units have a stainless steel body and welded legs. Budget models have a stainless front panel and aluminized steel body.

Over/Under Broilers

                                                With Connerton’s unique Over/Under broiling system, heat is applied to both sides of the product simultaneously by two sets of burners. One set is under the broiling griddles and is thermostatically controlled. The other set is above the broiling griddle and is an infared type, producing a penetrating heat.  As the heat is applied to both sides simultaneously, cooking time is cut in half, there is no need to turn the product, and natural juices are seared in.
